The shipping time was extremely long, and when the order finally arrived, I somehow did not receive any notification. I contacted customer service by email, and they told me that an email notification had been sent. However, it was sent about eight days after the order had already been returned. What is even more disappointing is that I did not receive a full refund. Only 50% of the total amount was refunded. Overall, I feel extremely disappointed and believe this was handled unfairly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to others.

Tribal Chimp should be advertised for women to use, too! (If you basically promote it only for guys, you are missing out on a lot of possible female customers!)
