How much time does it take for delivery?

Delivery to the United States:

Order delivery to the United States takes up to 2-5 business days once the order is processed. Order processing takes 1-3 business days.

International delivery:

Delivery to countries outside of the United States takes anywhere from 5-10 business days once the order is processed. Order processing takes 1-3 business days.

Note: Delivery outside the United States may take additional time high demand and certain unprecedented circumstances.

Where do I track my order?

You can track your order at https://tribalchimp.com/ordertracking. Just enter the tracking code you received in the shipping notification email to track your order.

 

I ordered multiple products but received only one, where are my other products?

We ship our products through multiple warehouses. If you order more than one product there is a chance that the products may be shipped in different packages and arrive at different times.

 

Which currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
